Welcome to Icibici Ceramics. By contacting us to purchase our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. About Us
Icibici Ceramics produces and sells handmade ceramic products. Each piece is unique and may show small variations in color, shape, or size, which are part of its artisanal nature.
2. Orders
Orders are made by contacting us via email or through the contact form available on our website. Once we confirm availability and price, the order is considered accepted.
3. Payments
Payments are made by bank transfer. IBAN and payment details are provided after order confirmation. The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
4. Shipping
We ship to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination. Shipping costs are communicated before order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the courier.

5. Returns & Cancellations
As required by EU law, customers purchasing from within the European Union have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, by contacting us directly. The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by misuse of the products or delays in delivery due to courier services.
